Vend-a-friend machine

The Vend a Friend interface is a project by PJA labs that matches prospective clients with consultants based on attitudinal and behavioral segmentation analysis that was developed by the agency through a series of survey questions. I had the opportunity to collaborate with folks at PJA to conceptualize and ideate on possible UI and UX solutions for the application that accompanies it.

Now, when you walk into PJA's lobby, you can use an iPad app to take a quick (and fun!) five question survey. Along the way, you’ll learn about different kinds of people at their consultancy. In just a few minutes,  a bright yellow vintage Vend a Friend vending machine spits out a small gift that symbolizes a characteristic that the client is likely to share with the consultant person.
