Backend Analytics and Content Management System UI/UX
Understanding how different types of customers behave is the first step in making decisions to better serve them. I helped with GymCast backend strategy, design UX was able to create a visual representation of the dataset, in order to quickly spot behavioral aspects and customer preferences.
